About the editor
An Italian cook and an Austrian receptionist
left their countries and went to work to
Switzerland. They were both hired at a
hotel on Mount Rigi near Lucerne. They
felt in love, founded a family and had 3 kids.
One of the kid is me. I was born and grew up at hotel reception.
Hotel and Tourism have always been my main
professionel interest and over the years
I have been working for tour operators, hotels, mountain
railway companies, tourist officies and alpine cheese farms. Today I am employed with a specialized group tour operator
